Once considered something only bodybuilders do, or the wealthy can afford, the concept of personal training or “fitness coaching” has been redefined. Personal training clients now include busy moms, weekend warriors, young professionals, senior citizens and everything in between.

Personal training is not “one size fits all” at Frog’s since neither are our members. We understand that not everyone can, or even wants to work out with a trainer several times a week, month after month. That’s why we offer a variety of customized training options, including one-on-one, semi-private, or small group training.

Perhaps your individual routine needs updating, you’re in a rut, or you’re just not seeing the results you’d like—a single session with a trainer can revitalize your workout. Maybe you’ve just had a baby—a 10-week program with a trainer can help you get back to your pre-pregnancy shape and give you the energy you’re going to need! Or you and your partner are dedicated Spinning® enthusiasts but want more individualized attention than a group fitness class can offer—a series of five semi-private training sessions can challenge your skill level and refuel your drive.
