One Start Program

When you first become a member, we assess your health and fitness level and help you define your goals through our One Start Program. Why? It’s the foundation upon which a successful training program is built. We work with you to discover “where you are” and “where you are going.”

One Start Frog’s welcome gift to new members – is a safe and effective program that starts you on a course to optimal fitness. During the One Start Orientation session, you meet one-on-one with a personal trainer who assesses your health and fitness level – your resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular condition. Your trainer also introduces you to the various types of training equipment, and discusses your specific goals and needs.

During the One Start Program design session, we devise a customized training program for you that incorporates core strengthening, flexibility, and resistance training exercises, along with our weekly training recommendations. This is the first step in our ongoing fitness dialogue.
